Important note *: due to the saturation of the courier companies during the season of Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, some shipments may experience a slight delay in delivery. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us.

 

We ship worldwide. Below you will find the details of the costs and types of shipping corresponding to each country.

 

If you want to make a change in the delivery address after the order is shipped, you should contact us as soon as possible. The change of the shipping address will have an additional cost depending on the destination.

 

For all shipments to European Union, the courier company in charge of the delivery and transportation of all our orders is UPS.

 

For international orders, the courier company in charge of the delivery and transportation of all our orders is UPS.

 

When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. In case of absence, the messenger will contact you to agree the schedule that best suits your preferences.

Purchases over €150 - free shipping

Purchases under €150 - shipping cost from €20.00

Delivery term:

Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 4 - 5 working days.

 

Outside European Union

Purchases over €200 - free shipping

Purchases under €200 - shipping cost from €35.00

Delivery term:

Once the order is prepared, the shipping time is 5 - 15 working days depending on the destination.

 

Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may carry additional fees and taxes, in this case, it will be charged by the buyer. We will carry out the management and prepare the necessary documentation for the corresponding customs management.
